Job Description:
15+ years of experience, technical resources to support AI Starter Pack SKUs that cover almost all product lines, but heavy concentration of ITSM and CSM. The role will be responsible for delivering a variety of advisory sessions to help customers get up and run quickly with both Now Assist and AI Agent solutions. The more experience the better they can be deployed more broadly across the portfolio as these SKUs will cover all products
