We have an outstanding Contract position for anAssemblerto join a leading Company located in theLouisa, VA surrounding area.
Job Responsibilities:
Assemble air filter components based on provided specifications and instructions.
Inspect parts and materials for defects, ensuring only high-quality materials are used in the final product.
Operate hand tools and light machinery for the assembly process.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required standards.
Package and label air filters for shipment as needed.
Record production data, such as quantities assembled and any issues encountered.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
Assist with inventory management of materials and supplies required for assembly.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
Basic knowledge of assembly processes and the ability to use hand tools and equipment.
Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
