$73/hr - $78/hr

Grow your career with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL for a Business Analyst with Financial services experience. Contract role with strong possibility for extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree/University degree equivalent

3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Finance industry

Advanced experience with Excel and BI Reporting tools to construct insightful reports, dashboards and key metrics for senior management

Expert level ability to analyze data to identify deliverables, gaps and inconsistencies

Wholesale Lending experience

Proven record of delivery in process and organizational change

Experience working in a fast paced financial services firm

Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail

Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders

Strong organizational leadership and influencing skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Must be articulate and persuasive

Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment

Works well under pressure and in tight deadlines

Desired Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with Transformation projects

What You Will Be Doing

Review/analyze program reporting deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and positioning of key information

Collaborate with Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit, ensuring transformation outcomes adhere to enterprise control policies, standards, and procedures

Work with program lead to ensure project prioritization and plan is in line with objectives and business needs

Prepare material for senior committee meetings and Regulatory bodies

Design, develop, and maintain program reporting solutions, working with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective dashboards and reports which can be efficiently maintained

Lead meetings including governance, workshops and working groups

Drive adherence to program processes, procedures, methods, and standards for program delivery

Direct communication of program status, issue, and risk disposition to stakeholders and governance forums

Coordinate multiple cross functional teams to achieve required outcomes

Participate in strategic planning meetings covering areas of possible evolution and/or expansion of program scope inclusive of plan maintenance, program tooling, and report automation

Identify and escalate risks and issues impacting program and workstream delivery and ensures mitigation strategies are developed and executed that address key risks and issues
