Role Description:
Backlog Ownership & Delivery Management• Own and groom the product backlog with clear epics, user stories, and technical acceptance criteria.• Lead sprint ceremonies with engineering and ML teams to ensure iterative progress and value delivery.• Track development velocity, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time and high-quality releases.Internal Collaboration & Enablement• Work closely with horizontal teams (Data & AI CoE, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infra, etc.) to integrate reusable components, accelerators, and architecture frameworks.• Drive synergies across solution units to continuously enhance value delivery to the customer.• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, technical debt reduction, and operational excellence.Technical Depth• Solid understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment pipelines, and AI observability.• Familiarity with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or equivalents.• Expertise in SDLC toolchains:• Atlassian Suite: Jira (backlog mgmt), Bitbucket (version control), Confluence (documentation)• Git, GitHub/GitLab• CI/CD: Jenkins, CircleCI• Artifact Repositories: Artifactory, Nexus• Testing & QA: Postman, Selenium, PyTest• Able to read/interpret code (Python, JavaScript, Shell), and engage with technical design discussions.

Essential Skills:
Required Skills & Qualifications Education & Experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.• 7-10 years of experience in product management or technical leadership roles, preferably with exposure to AI/ML delivery or enterprise software development.• Proven experience working in complex enterprise ecosystems with hybrid delivery teams.AI Product Leadership• Define and drive the roadmap for AI applications including but not limited to:• Intelligent Assistants & Digital Workers (e.g., GenAI copilots, chatbots)• Document Understanding & Summarization Systems• Conversational AI Platforms & Knowledge Retrieval Interfaces• AI-led Workflow Automation and Decision Support Tools• Ensure each solution aligns with enterprise AI governance standards, ethical AI practices, and regulatory requirements. Customer-Facing Engagement• Serve as the single point of contact for product delivery and engineering health from to the client's business and technology leadership.• Facilitate discovery workshops and technical assessments with customer teams to translate high-level vision into actionable product features.• Actively evangelize -built accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to integrate AI more effectively across customer applications. Engineering Execution & Best Practices• Collaborate with customer architects and engineering leads to implement:• Standardized development processes (Agile, DevSecOps)• Robust CI/CD pipelines• Code quality, security scans, and test automation• Observability and model monitoring for AI workloads• Guide AI teams on packaging and deploying models within scalable, production-grade applications

Soft Skills & Leadership• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge executive-level vision with technical execution.• Comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams across AI, data engineering, cloud, and DevOps.
