Role + Responsibilities The Assembly Operator performs a variety of tasks under direct supervision ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly on holographic optical components under the direction of department leader and engineering staff.
Essential Duties: Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Uses predetermined methods, sequences, and setups to perform processes/task, recognizing deviations to the process and communicating the findings. Use and learn software tools. Flexibility towards changes in schedule and/or job assignments required. Comprehends Work Instructions and follows processes without deviations.
