Primary Tasks & Responsibilities: Prepare corn and flour tortillas, make sure you leave everything ready for the next schedule:
Enough Tortillas ready for the beginning of the AM/PM shifts.
Dough PREPARED AND READY to start
Flour balls thawed and ready in tray
Be aware of and follow all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work area; FOR THE NEXT AM PM SCHEDULE
Be able to assist in other positions within the restaurant as needed and other assigned duties.
