In this position you will ensure that all customers are assessed and evaluated thoroughly and timely, utilizing your organizational skills and credit valuation experience. With your knowledge and understanding, you will work with your colleagues to reach department and companywide goals.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out thorough credit investigations to enable the initiation of sound credit decisions
and facilitate order release
Employ a data-driven approach making sound credit determinations
Ensure processes are documented, projects are prioritized, and business goals are met
Investigate and verify declined credit card orders by following internal procedures and utilizing online tools
Communicate with business partners, both internal and external
Perform any additional duties needed to help drive our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Company’s Values
Competencies and skills
2+ Years Credit Assessment experience necessary
History of high velocity Credit involvement
Strong analytical, and evaluation skills
Experience in fraud detection beneficial
Knowledge of credit card processing
Achievement oriented
Knowledgeable in principles of Credit Assessment
Reliable, professional demeanor with excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Strong customer service skills
Solid analytical proficiencies
Must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple
Tasks in a fast-paced environment
