Front-End Web Developer
to join our marketing team!
In this role, you'll manage and build responsive marketing websites and landing pages, collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to implement dynamic, user-friendly front-end experiences, integrate trackijng and marketing tools, and ensure all code is optimized for performance and aligned with brand standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain the corporate website, Quantum Guide, and campaign landing pages
Lead front end development of our new corporate website
Collaborate closely with our in-house UX/UI designer to bring creative concepts to life with precise, responsive front-end builds
Build and style dynamic internal tools, AI-driven lead generation sites, and microsites
Occasionally design and build websites for merchants with professional expectations and real budgets
Create custom animations, scroll effects, and page loaders to elevate the user experience
Customize or develop lightweight WordPress plugins and page components when needed
Integrate with external APIs for lead handling, marketing tools, or CRM connections
Ensure all front-end code is responsive, optimized for performance, and consistent with brand standards
Handoff work to the development team when backend functionality or complex systems are required
TOOLS & TECH STACK:
HTML, CSS (Tailwind preferred), JavaScript (Vanilla or jQuery as needed)
WordPress (Elementor and custom builds)
WooCommerce (for internal ordering pages and product-driven layouts)
GitHub or similar version control system
Figma (for design collaboration and prototyping)
HubSpot (for meeting links, forms & UTM tracking)
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years of front-end web development experience (agency or in-house)
Strong experience in WordPress and WooCommerce, including custom theming and styling
Ability to build fully responsive pages from Figma designs with high accuracy
Skilled in creating custom interactions, animations, and scroll-based effects
Familiarity with API usage for form integrations or marketing tools
Strong communication and time management skills
Solid understanding of UX principles, mobile-first development, and performance best practices
NICE-TO-HAVE:
Familiarity with tools like GTMetrix, PageSpeed Insights, or accessibility checkers
Understanding of ACF, CPTs, and other advanced WordPress features
Exposure to non-WordPress site builders or headless CMS systems
Experience integrating marketing efforts with HubSpot (forms, tracking, CTAs, landing pages, or CRM connections)
SALARY:
This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and other benefits.
Base salary range: $72,000 - $98,000
Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $94,125 - $125,325
LOCATION:
This role requires the employee to work fully onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.
