Collision Center Estimator
to join our team.
Southern Team Collision Center is a fast-paced, customer-focused auto body repair facility committed to delivering top-quality repairs and exceptional service.
Job Description: As our Collision Center Estimator, you will interact directly with customers, assess vehicle damage, prepare accurate repair estimates, and guide each customer through the repair process from start to finish. You'll work closely with technicians, insurance adjusters, and customers to ensure a smooth repair experience.

Prepare accurate and detailed repair estimates using estimating software (CCC One) Walk customers through the repair process while providing exceptional service Inspect vehicle damage and document all required repairs Communicate with insurance companies to obtain repair approvals Keep customers informed throughout the repair timeline Coordinate with the production team to ensure communication accuracy Maintain organized and accurate repair records and customer files Qualifications:
Experience in collision estimating or the automotive industry is preferred, but not required Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills; experience with estimating software is a plus Strong attention to detail, solid documentation skills, and a team-oriented mindset Valid driver's license required
