About our Team: This role will be joining the Global Product and Analytics team - a group of about 300 product managers, data scientists, project managers, and UX Designers spread around the globe. From a big picture perspective,
we lead efforts to understand and solve customer problems
in ways that work for our customers and for our business.
About the role: We're looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager II to join our Investment Management team. In this role, you'll lead the definition, approval, and execution of capital projects that are closely aligned with our company's strategic goals. These projects are essential to driving growth and innovation across the business.
Responsibilities: Manage the capital planning and approval process across a diverse portfolio of programs and projects . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business strategy. Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Proactively identify and escalate key decisions, ensuring clarity and timely resolution. Maintain a strong focus on quality, detail, and timely delivery across all project phases . Requirements:
Experience managing complex projects, multiple stakeholders, ideally involving capital or strategic initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and perspectives. A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence in managing upward and influencing decision-making at senior levels. Solid understanding of project management best practices, tools, and methodologies. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and the product management lifecycle is a plus. Experience in a matrixed, cross-functional environment preferred. Strong analytical skills. Working for you:
