This full-time position offers a structured schedule of 5 days per week, including Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, starting as early as 4:00 AM. About Us: RRI Personnel Solutions, our staffing partner, specializes in temporary employment within the food distribution sector. We're seeking dedicated individuals to join the Utz Snacks team as reliable Route Delivery Drivers and Merchandisers. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Safely driving a non-CDL box truck for established delivery routes. Loading and unloading products at the start and end of your shifts. Delivering and merchandising products at retail accounts along your route. Restocking shelves, rotating inventory for freshness, and removing expired or damaged items. Creating and maintaining attractive product displays in stores. Using handheld devices for tracking deliveries and inventory. Collecting and documenting payments as necessary. Building professional relationships with store staff. Following all company policies and regulations, including GMP and HACCP standards. What We’re Looking For: Must be 21 years of age or older. A valid driver's license issued in the state of employment is required. Experience operating a box truck (non-CDL) is necessary. Availability to start shifts as early as 4:00 AM. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using handheld electronic tracking devices. Previous experience in route delivery, merchandising, or direct store delivery is strongly preferred. Pre-Employment Requirements: Ability to pass a criminal background check. Pass a DOT-compliant physical exam. Pass a drug screening, including testing for marijuana as required by federal regulations. Pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check with no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years, and no major violations (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, license suspension). Why Choose Us?
