Lead and manage end-to-end automation delivery using UiPath, ensuring best practices, governance, and high-quality automation solutions aligned to business needs. Analyze business requirements and design scalable, reusable automation solutions using UiPath. Conduct process assessments and feasibility studies. Prepare solution design documents (SDD), PDD, and other technical documentation. Develop complex automations using UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator. Ensure adherence to coding standards, framework, and best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Establish development standards and reusable component libraries. Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning sessions for the team. Collaborate with business analysts, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of automation projects. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and issues. Implement and monitor automation governance, compliance, and security standards. Provide status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders. Manage UiPath Orchestrator (Tenants, Robots, Assets, Queues, Logs, etc.) Monitor bot performance and ensure uptime of production bots. Handle incident management and coordinate bot issue resolution. Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance support. Ensure proper documentation, version control, and change management processes. Adhere to security, compliance, and audit requirements for automation. Stay updated with UiPath product updates, AI integration, and emerging technologies. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Explore AI-powered capabilities like Document Understanding, AI Center, and Action Center. Work closely with business teams to gather automation requirements. Present automation solutions and demonstrate value realization. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Infrastructure, Security, and Compliance. Manage integration with external systems (APIs, Databases, ERP, etc.). Architect hybrid automation solutions combining attended, unattended, and AI-powered automations. Collaborate with Center of Excellence (CoE) teams for automation pipeline management.

Essential Skills:

Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in software development Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, customer-focused attitude, and ability to deal with ambiguity - proven team player. Attention to detail is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to details. Critical Thinking and Problem Solving: identifies risks and problems and can conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to generate and evaluate alternatives and to make recommendations. Excellent understanding of process automation and business workflows Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes for automation Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communication and stakeholder management Ability to work with cross-functional teams (business, IT, security, infrastructure) Experience in project planning, risk management, and delivery ownership Understanding of compliance, governance, and audit requirements for automation Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to new technologies Strong documentation and reporting skills UiPath Studio / StudioX (must have strong hands-on experience) UiPath Orchestrator administration (robots, queues, assets, scheduling, logs) UiPath REFramework - strong understanding and practical implementation Experience in building attended, unattended, and hybrid automations Exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms in UiPath REST APIs / Web Services integration SQL (basic to intermediate level) - for data queries, bot processing, validations Knowledge of UiPath Libraries / Reusable Components development Experience in version control tools (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket) Basic knowledge of PowerShell or command-line scripting for integration &deployment Exposure to UiPath Insights / Analytics (nice-to-have but preferred) Understanding of UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center, Action Center(preferred but not mandatory) Knowledge of deployment pipelines (CI/CD) using UiPath CLI (good to have) Familiarity with SDLC / Agile / Scrum methodologies

Desirable Skills:

Proficient in collaborating within dynamic agile methodologies such as SAFe,Scrum, and Kanban Familiarity with Azure Open AI, SOAP, REST, and JSON technologies. Skilled in operating within PaaS/SaaS environments. Proven capacity to advise and influence, offering a comprehensive analysis of technical choices with their respective advantages, disadvantages, and associated risks throughout the design and execution phases.
