This exciting hybrid role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while leveraging your underwriting expertise.
Responsibilities :
Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders and potential clients through various channels (phone, email, in-person). Efficiently handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on policy coverage, claims, and billing. Process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and speed. Evaluate new and renewal insurance applications, assessing risk and determining appropriate coverage and pricing. Analyze loss history, property information, and other relevant factors to make informed underwriting decisions. Adhere to company underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with producers and underwriters to ensure seamless policy issuance. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, policy information, and underwriting decisions. Prepare reports and documentation as needed. Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates. Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to work in our Brooklyn, NY or KJ.
