Job Description 100Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • 10+ years of total IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a dedicated Salesforce Business Analyst. • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem, especially Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and platform capabilities. • Hands-on experience with creating user stories, process documentation, and wireframes. • Familiarity with declarative Salesforce features like Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, etc. • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficient in tools like Rally, confluence and JIR • Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification (preferred). Roles & Responsibilities • Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. • Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. • Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions. • Conduct requirement workshops, user interviews, and process mapping sessions. • Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and testers throughout the delivery lifecycle. • Lead UAT planning, execution, and training sessions for end users. • Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies as part of an Agile team. • Recommend Salesforce best practices and standard features to meet business needs efficiently. • Track and report progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and project managers.
