In this role, you'll support our teachers, students, and staff by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the technology infrastructure that empowers learning every day. You'll help create a seamless, reliable, and innovative tech experience in classrooms and throughout the campus. From configuring devices and responding to help desk requests, to supporting live events and ensuring compliance with software standards-you'll be a critical part of our ministry's success.

Hardware/Software Support Assists in all assigned technology and research projects Install, configure and support school applications on teacher and student devices (Apple devices, Chromebooks and Windows) Provides configuration and support for all computing peripherals such as printers, monitors, scanners, interactive smart boards and other equipment as necessary Configure VoIP hardware and software Account creation and management (Google, MS, Securely, GSuite, O365) Tracks inventory and performs lifecycle management of all IT equipment Maintains compliance with software/hardware licensing and inventory Provides software installations and updates through MDM solution (Mosyle) Helpdesk / Ticket System

Answers and responds to Help Desk requests in a timely manner; maintains current ticket information in the ticketing system Closes requests in the ticket tracking system within one business day of completion Audio / Visual Support

Set-up equipment for presentations and live broadcasts according to procedures established by the Technology Department Supports interactive boards and their projectors as well as standard LCD projectors Other

Demonstrated proficiency in MAC and PC configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting Basic understanding of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP Ability to prioritize and schedule work duties in an efficient manner Functional knowledge of the following Windows 10 & 11 Chromebook and Chrome OS Apple hardware, MAC OS and iOS Google Suite and Microsoft Office Proven excellent customer service track record with outstanding communication skills Strong diplomacy; ability to effectively interact with a broad spectrum of people High level of integrity and confidentiality Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with minimal or no supervision Candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience, including the ability to connect and configure computers and peripherals; a relevant college degree may be considered as a substitute for work experience School experience is a plus Physical Requirement

Periods of prolonged sitting at a computer screen Ability to lift and move computers and peripheral equipment Time Commitment

Full-time, non-exempt, at-will Up to 40 hours a week, may include weekends, holidays, and evenings
