Position Title: OTM Business AnalystLocation: Atlanta, GA - HybridExpected Duration of Project: 12+ month contract with good chances of extension Job Requirements: Triage day to day system issues and provide resolution for complex systems issues. Resolve OTM related issues and identify root cause for problems to support transportation users Engage OTM IT Support as required and act as a liaison between business and IT Monitor key systems, batch jobs and interfaces between OTM and other systems Resolve any OTM EDI related issues to support internal teams as well as carriers Update the current OTM training documentation, OTM support documentation, and update tracking logs of support issues. 5 years of functional experience configuring, maintaining and supporting OTM Troubleshooting experience related to order issues, shipment planning issues, bulk planning issues, rating issues, master data issues etc. Working knowledge of OTM modules such as order management, rates, shipment management, equipment, invoice and voucher creation, etc. Ability to suggest/make OTM configuration changes to support business usersMust Haves & Preferred experience/duties: 10+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), with 5+ years in an architect or lead role. Minimum of 5 years of OTM cloud experience. Extensive knowledge of OTM modules, including order management, shipment management, rate management, operational planning, financials, etc. Experience with LNM, ODA, mobile, and machine learning capabilities is a plus. Extensive experience with OTM functional configuration. Ability to suggest and make OTM configuration changes to support business requirements. SQL experience SAP experience preferred
