Job Description: • True BMC Remedy custom Development experience - Remedy 9.1 needed • Custom Remedy Environment, Development and understanding • Strong database experience (SQL, CMDB, Table knowledge, etc) • Strong Linux environment experience needed • System Admin/Configuration Control/Metrics experience desired • ITSM Highly Preferred

They need someone who has deep experience in SQL databases.

Requirements :

3 years of experience with BMC Action Request System

2 years of experience with BMC Remedy ITSM Suite of applications including Service Request

2 years of experience with any scripting language

Preferred Qualifications : • BMC Remedy Action Request certifications • BMC Action Request System customized applications • Experience with integrations with networking tools, i. e., NetCool, Resolve • Experience with data analysis and reporting • Experience with Perl, Java, shell scripting and other scripting languages • BMC Helix Migration, building Java in Kubernetes
