Trillium is Now Hiring a Lead Fabricator on the 2nd shift in Mentor!
The Lead Fabricator will work Monday to Friday from 2:00pm to 10:30pm. The starting pay rate will be up to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience. The starting pay rate could slightly increase for the right experience.
Job duties: -Work as team leader having the responsibility for the team’s assembly of an entire product or component of a product -Shift Lead can perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process. -Plans the task and may rotate through all or most as assembly auditor rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis -Participates in making decisions affecting the work of others in the assembly process throughout the shift -Perform quality checks on products and parts inspecting and approving both product and procedure -Package finished products and prepare them for shipment -Review work orders and blueprints to ensure work is performed according to specifications -Complete production reports to communicate team production level to management -Determine work assignments and procedures -Maintain production equipment and machinery -Supervise assemblers and train employees on job procedures -Operate machinery and heavy equipment, such as forklifts

Qualifications include: -Must have previous experience with press brake machines; Amada, Cincinatti, Accupress, Trumpf -Must have experience leading or supervising a team
