Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking multiple part-time Course Instructors and Course Developers for the Rutgers Center for Government Services. The Center's programs are designed for government and public service employees seeking to obtain professional certification and/or professional development.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

Handles non-credit course administration and content delivery and/or material development, revisions, updates, online materials or audio/visual presentations for one or more of the following NJ government related areas: * Affordable Housing Professional Certification Program * Assessment Administration Program * Elected Officials Program * Financial Management Program. * Municipal Clerks Program. * NJ Educational Facility Management Program. * NJ Local Housing Authority and Redevelopment Agency Program. * Planning & Zoning Program. * Professional Development Program. * Public Purchasing Program. * Public Safety Program. * Public Technology. * Public Works Program. * School Transportation Supervisors Certification Program. * Tax Collection Program. * Train-the-Trainer Program.

FLSA Nonexempt

Salary Details A range of $65.00- $95.00 per hour

Offer Information The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Two (2) years relevant experience working in government and/or public sector positions.

Certifications/Licenses

Government or professional certification. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Instructional experience or successful completion of Train-the-Trainer program. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
