Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)certifications preferred.
- Proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, modules, and components.
- Strong knowledge of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM and SPM
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities: 1. Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. 2. Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines. 3. Develops strategy of system and the design infrastructure necessary to support that strategy. 4. Advises on selection of technological purchases with regards to processing, data storage, data access, and applications development. 5. Sets standards for the client/server relational database structure for the organization (Structured Query Language (SQL), Oracle, Sybase). 6. Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management.
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience
Compensation: $70.00 per hour
