Description: • This role is responsible for driving the development of innovative, user-focused digital products through comprehensive product strategies grounded in human-centered design principles. • The Senior Product Owner collaborates across disciplines, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility to deliver market-leading solutions. • From conceptualization to launch, this position requires a strategic thinker and doer who can bridge strategy, design, and technology to solve real-world problems effectively.
Required Skills: • Proven experience leading product strategy and development processes, with a strong portfolio of successful digital product launches. • Expertise in human-centered design principles and user-first product development approaches. • Skilled in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with the ability to adapt based on project needs. • Proficiency in conducting and applying user research and market analysis to guide product strategies. • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, fostering creativity and innovation within cross-functional teams. • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey product visions to varied audiences. • Ability to translate user needs into actionable product strategies and designs.
Desired Skills: • Familiarity with tools and frameworks for agile and user-focused product development. • Experience in client-facing roles, providing strategic advice and fostering successful partnerships. • Knowledge of market trends and metrics for evaluating and improving product performance.
Compensation: Pay Range: $101500K-$145000K
