Job Description
The General Superintendent will:
Serve as the on-site leader for all field operations on a $1B hyperscale data center project. Direct and coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety, scheduling, and quality control from groundbreaking through commissioning. Collaborate closely with project executives, project managers, owners, and design partners to ensure project milestones are met. Enforce company safety policies and ensure all field activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Proactively solve problems and mitigate risks to maintain momentum on a fast-paced construction schedule. Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for a large team of superintendents and field staff. The Successful Applicant
The Successful General Superintendent:
Minimum 15 years
of experience in commercial construction, with
at least 1 project as the lead superintendent on a $150M+ data center
or mission-critical facility. Proven track record of managing field operations for large, complex, and technically intensive construction projects. Expert knowledge of
MEP systems, commissioning processes, and mission-critical infrastructure . Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing multiple trades and a large workforce. Willingness to
travel and live on-site
in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for the duration of the project. OSHA 30 certification and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. What's on Offer
