Job Summary
#HireNRHS Job Summary Responsible for meeting the Daily Grind operational budget goals established by the Executive Board. Provides high quality customer service and develops relationships with customers. Provides consistent drinks according to Starbucks recipes and standards. Oversees the daily activities of the Daily Grind staff and volunteers. Monitors job performance of baristas and addresses concerns. Responsible for high standards of food safety and cleanliness being maintained in all Daily Grind locations. Ensures Health Department guidelines are followed. Ensures accurate charging of products among Daily Grind staff. Ensures that staff follow proper cash handling procedures and prepare accurate daily deposits. Responsible for preparation and payment of invoices. Resolves register and transaction issues.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must be able to travel between all Daily Grind locations. Education High School education or equivalent required. Experience One year in a customer service setting. Prefer experience with reconciling bank deposits and accounts payable. Prefer one year experience working in retail setting. Prefer 6 months experience in a supervisory roll. At least 6 months barista experience.
