Job Title - Analyst/Developer - General 3 - Power Platform Developer
Location: TN-Nashville - Hybrid (up to 3 days per week); Will be On-site some time in 2026.
Duration: 18 months
Typical task breakdown: Gather requirements and documentation for new enhancements and applications. Effectively develop, test and deploy applications, reports and automations. Collaborate with different user groups and provide technical support to applications. Interaction with team: Highly collaborative position with internal team and IT organization.
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
Work alongside the Demand Manager for IT to build and enhance tools used for managing the portfolio of projects. Advanced knowledge and experience developing application in PowerApp, Power Automate, PowerBI, and Sharepoint is required. Ability to adjust to a fast pace environment managing timelines and various requests is required.
Education & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or relevant field required. 5-7 years experience required.
Will accept associate's degree with more years of relevant experience.
Technical Sills:
Advanced PowerApp, Power Automate, PowerBi, Sharepoint development experience.
Soft Skills:
Planning: Ability to manage workload and to be a self-starter across multiple requests.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Knowledge of successful approaches and techniques for dealing with change; ability to adapt to a changing environment and be comfortable with change.
Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.
