Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical distribution industry, is seeking a BI Reporting Analyst to join their team. As a BI Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Generics Analytics team supporting critical strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:
$50.00-70.00
What's the Job?
Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and OKRs. Partner with business leaders to translate data into strategic insights. Lead analytics for initiatives such as Project Optima, and COPA/FDP reporting. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility. Support ad hoc analysis and executive presentations. What's Needed?
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data science. Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Excel, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks). Strong communication and storytelling skills with data. Experience in healthcare, pharma, or distribution preferred. Demonstrated alignment with I2CARE values and ILEAD leadership behaviors.
