Responsibilities
Earn $17-$18/HR, $680-$720 weekly - Paid Weekly, Full Benefits Weekends Off! Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM steady day shifts Entry-level Final Mile Dispatcher / CSR - coordinate routes, update ETAs, handle driver & customer calls Provide five-star support by resolving delivery issues and confirming PODs Track general freight, close out daily manifests, and sync with warehouse on outgoing loads Paid training with growth into routing or operations management Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older 24 months dispatch, final-mile delivery, or logistics customer-service experience Comfortable with computers and transportation-management software Excellent phone/email etiquette and strong problem-solving ability Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must pass a drug screen, physical, and background check Bonus Points
