Technical Product Owner (Financial - Treasury)

Job Title: Technical Product Owner (Financial - Treasury) Employment Type: C2H Must have RTH in 6 months Role: Project Manager Technology: Project Management, Jira, financial planning Work Location: Skillman, NJ (3 days/week onsite)

Required skills:

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Treasury transformation, Treasury operations, financial planning & analysis, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering large-scale Treasury transformation programs in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple stakeholders/partners. Experience communicating and working with a global audience. Familiarity with Treasury technology applications and platforms, including financial systems and reporting tools, ERP systems, and automation tools/applications. Experience with Java, ABAP Dev-Ops, and ECC SAP ERP Treasury modules support. Experience in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) estimation and roadmap planning. Familiarity with Audit/Service Now metrics and dashboarding. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and influence a cross-functional team of professionals.

Desired:

Knowledge of SAP FICO module and experience leading SAP Treasury solutions preferred. Experience with Req-to-Pay (R2P) processes, VIM, OCR, E-invoicing, and Ariba Buying preferred. Hands-on experience with Jira suite preferred.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Treasury, accounting, business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
