Our Client, a laboratory benefit manager, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Implementation Lead to lead the delivery of complex integration initiatives and enterprise-wide implementations. This individual will play a critical role in managing cross-functional projects, overseeing timelines, and ensuring seamless execution across internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of large-scale integration and healthcare technology projects. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, and client tea Monitor project risks and issues, providing timely mitigation strategies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation phases. Ensure project delivery meets quality, scope, and budget expectations.
What You Will Bring:
Proven experience leading large-scale integrations or enterprise implementations. Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering high-impact initiatives on time and within budget. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Background in healthcare or payer organizations such as Optum, Client, or similar preferred. Familiarity with healthcare data integrations, claims platforms, or medical management systems preferred. PMP certification or similar credential (preferred but not required) preferred.
