We are seeking a highly energized, detail oriented and organized individual with a positive attitude who will thrive in our professional office environment serving as a Services Associate for our Wealth, Tax Planning and Preparation units. The Client Services Associate will work closely with and support the advisors, tax preparers, and clients directly on all client matters.

Salary & Benefits

Starting hourly rate of $20 - $25, based on experience.

30-35 hours per week

Responsibilities & Activities

Answers, troubleshoots, and problem-solve incoming telephone, voicemail, e-mail, and occasional in-person requests for assistance from the firm’s existing clients, new or prospective clients, staff, and other entities.

Ensures all client interactions and relationships are successful and that we provide and maintain exceptional client care and service.

Informing prospects/clients of firm processes

Timely and accurately schedule appointments when necessary.

Responsible for schedule maintenance, conflict resolution, and appointment confirmation

Clerical functions such as entering info into databases and spreadsheets, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, and mailing documents.

Monitor incoming new and existing client accounts, transfers, and all processed paperwork.

Assist the registered representatives with service aspects of all current clients. Duties in this area would include new account paperwork, setting up systematic distributions and contributions, processing one-time incoming and outgoing wire transfers, processing name and address changes, bank authorizations, etc.

Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.

Perform general administration and support functions for the office as required.

Comply with all industry rules and regulations.

Education/Experience

Associates or Bachelors College degree preferred.

Financial planning experience a plus.

Prior administrative experience in a professional office environment is not required but is preferred.

Microsoft Suite experience preferred

This is an in-person part-time, Monday through Friday position.
