Product Manager

to join their team at their

Newark, NJ

location.

Requirements: Develop, implement, and manage product line strategies that align with company goals. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product portfolio, profitability, and market share; ensure volume forecasts are consistent with market trends. Develop and manage pricing strategies that optimize profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Assist the Commercial team with competitive product, pricing, and margin analysis; support sales leaders with preparing and negotiating supply contracts. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field; MBA/advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management or technical marketing within the chemical manufacturing industry, ideally with a focus on micronized powders or additives. Strong understanding of formulation chemistry and application requirements in inks, coatings, plastics, and lubricants. Compensation :

$130K-$140k

based on experience.
