Job Description
We are looking for a skilled
Senior IT TMS Applications Analyst
with 5+ years of experience in transportation and logistics systems, including hands-on work with
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) . The ideal candidate will have experience in
TMS-ERP integrations , particularly with
Oracle Fusion ERP
and legacy platforms. Exposure to
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
such as
Blue Yonder
and/or
Red Prairie
is also highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain the
Oracle OTM platform , including configuration, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather transportation and logistics requirements and translate them into system solutions. Assist in the implementation and integration of OTM with enterprise applications, including
Oracle Fusion ERP
and/or legacy ERP systems
(Great Plains
or
E21) . Partner with WMS teams to support end-to-end supply chain execution, including coordination with
Blue Yonder
or
Red Prairie
systems. Develop and manage data integration workflows using
EDI ,
XML , or similar technologies to ensure smooth data flow across systems. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for transportation and related supply chain functions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including performance tuning and system enhancements. Qualifications
5+ years
of experience in IT or supply chain systems, with at least
3+ years working with Oracle OTM . Experience with
at least one full lifecycle implementation
of a TMS platform. Experience with:
OTM screen sets ,
layouts ,
action checks , and
agents . SQL
for querying OTM data. XML/EDI
for integration and communication with external systems.
Understanding of
OTM data structures
and
custom reports
(e.g., BI Publisher, OTBI). Well-versed with logistics concepts, including freight forwarding, transportation modes, and freight pricing. Practical experience in
transportation operations
(e.g., order management, shipment planning, carrier selection, freight payment). Familiarity with
Oracle Fusion ERP
and/or legacy systems ( Great Plains
or
E21) . Exposure to
WMS solutions , preferably
Blue Yonder
or
Red Prairie . Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. Experience in the manufacturing, distribution, or retail sectors. Familiarity with APIs and modern integration tools is a plus. Basic
Java
or
Groovy
knowledge may be helpful for scripting/customization.
Additional Information
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80,000 USD - $126,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
