Backend / Full Stack Software Engineer , you'll join a collaborative, high-performance group working on scalable backend systems in AWS as well as modern frontend architecture in Angular and Flutter. You'll be a critical contributor to a growing team that's already brought in key hires across DevOps, iOS, and management-and now needs you to help shape the future of a customer-facing web and mobile platform.
Required Skills & Experience
5-7+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong backend development experience with C# / .NET Experience with AWS services and architecture Proficiency working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) Familiarity with modern frontend technologies including Angular (v16+ preferred), React, or Node.js Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (4 days onsite, WFH Fridays) Desired Skills & Experience
Experience building customer-facing applications in Angular and/or Flutter Exposure to mobile development frameworks or cross-platform tools Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset Desire to work in a fast-paced startup-like environment within an established organization What You Will Be Doing

60% Backend Engineering (.NET, AWS, SQL) 40% Frontend Engineering (Angular 16+, Flutter) Daily Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend APIs and business logic using C#/.NET Contribute to frontend development in Angular and Flutter Work closely with a growing team of developers and product leaders Participate in code reviews, Agile meetings, and architecture discussions Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and engineering leadership to ensure high-quality releases The Offer Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Bonus Eligible: 10% You will receive the following benefits:
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Hybrid Work Schedule (4 days onsite, WFH Fridays) Opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and leaders Strong bonus history and financial stability
