Director of Surgical Operations
position at a leading hospital-based surgical services department in
San Antonio, TX . This full-time leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee surgical operations across one to two departments on a 24-hour basis and may qualify for a
sign-on bonus .
Requirements:
Education : Bachelor's degree in Nursing required Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or a related field preferred
Licensure & Certification : Active Texas RN license required Specialty or administration certification preferred Active BLS certification through ARC or AHA (AHA required within 60 days of hire)
Experience : Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in surgical services or related discipline 3-5 years of progressively responsible management experience strongly preferred
