This position will support the Strategic Projects Group through business and group activity reporting related to aging, performance, supplier management, and support of overall strategic initiatives related to group and company growth. This role will also provide administrative support and follow up to key priorities and tasks of the project team.

Reporting Structure

This position will report to the Sr. Strategic Manager, Projects and will collaborate with the Sr. Director, Strategic Projects, Sr. Project Managers and Project Managers along with Project Managers which operate within others Director Teams. Essential Functions

Ensures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times. Draft Supplier Purchase Orders and track Customer PO usage. Support large project tracking, billing and provide status updates as needed. Support and partner on the development and implementation of billing best practices and standards in conjunction with cross-functional partners. Attend, participate, organize stakeholder meetings and provide updates and reports as necessary. Prepare executive summaries, presentation, reports, and other project materials as requested. Provide administrative support to new customer set up, updates and manage resource templates, including running and developing reports, etc. Support file management and document management. Partner with the Strategic Projects team in reviewing current procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiencies, and developing and implementing new strategies and standards regarding execution of projects for customers. Support development of organizational goals and objectives in accordance with strategic and project budget goals. Support the development, tracking and execution of the rollout of new project procedures and initiatives into the operations teams. Conduct internal analysis of market and customer trends that support project initiatives. Prepare the project revenue and market data reporting structure to support active strategy development and adjustment in partnership with the Sr. Strategic Manager, Projects. Collaborate across internal teams and THG family of companies as appropriate to identify best practices for market research. Collaborate with operational enterprise teams to identify opportunities for additional support from the Strategic Solutions team. Collaborate with the Business Implementation team to support onboarding of new customers and identification for project team support during implementation process. Facilitate After Action Reviews of projects and work with the Sr. Strategic Manager, Projects to identify best practices or necessary changes to existing procedures. Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills. Education Qualifications

Required High School or Equivalent Required Bachelor's Degree Related field beneficial Experience Qualifications

Required 3+ years Client services and/or support experience. Preferred Direct experience in the environmental industry performing market and industry analysis Required Experience balancing and supporting multiple projects in a deadline driven environment Skills and Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly across teams and stakeholders. Keen eye for accuracy and detail to ensure project completion. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Ability to engage and build strong relationships with supplier network, colleagues and clients while maintaining professionalism. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required with a focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong working knowledge of Salesforce and ability to create dashboards preferred. Ability to learn in a fast-paced and broad industry. Measurable Impact

Individual will be based in at the Envita - Indianapolis office. Travel requirements less than 20%
