is currently seeking a dedicated, community-centered

Manager - Community Based Day Supports (CBDS)

to join our team. As an organization committed to fostering positive change, we are looking for someone who will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations and continued development of our newly established CBDS program in Plymouth, MA.

The Manager will supervise CBDS staff and relief workers, coordinate services for individuals, build strong relationships with community partners, and ensure that all program operations align with our mission and funding requirements. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about promoting meaningful community integration and providing high-quality supports to individuals with disabilities.

What You'll Do as a Community Based Day Supports Manager: Oversee daily and ongoing operations of the Community Based Day Supports program. Supervise, support, and develop CBDS staff and relief workers, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and ongoing professional development. Develop and expand opportunities for community integration to address consumers' job readiness, social, and recreational interests, using agency and personal networks of contacts. Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to create volunteer, job shadowing, and employment opportunities. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, ensuring services align with individual service plans and agency standards. Oversee safety and health programs, ensuring staff training in emergency procedures and maintaining a safe environment for all. Maintain accurate records, complete payroll, billing, and reporting requirements in a timely manner. Actively participate in agency planning and development activities to strengthen services and supports. What You'll Need as a Community Based Day Supports Manager:

Strong understanding of person-centered planning and community-based service models. Proven ability to build partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to supervise and support a diverse team of direct support professionals. Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations related to disability services. At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. Bachelor's degree in a relevant human services field preferred (equivalent experience considered). Who You Are as a Community Based Day Supports S Manager:
