Essential Job Functions
Assist the Program Manager with management and oversight of program objectives Assist the coordination of conferences, demonstrations, expositions, events, meetings, technical reviews, etc. Maintaining briefings; and assisting in coordinating input for data calls, such as budget exhibit submissions, congressional requests for information and budgetary drills. Assist in developing and maintaining key documents and master plans that incorporate all relevant studies and analyses. Support technical management of programs including acquisition plan development, representation of the government project manager where required, and assessment of performance in terms of technical objectives, costs and schedule. Support the management and execution of programs by updating Task Planning Sheets, Mission Model Canvas sheets, quad sheets, Fact Sheets and drafting portfolio review slides Assist in the development of databases for technical and programmatic tracking of key deliverables and milestones. Assist in the preparation of program status reports and after-action reports following major program reviews or key events, as required. Support preparation of draft briefing materials, meeting/trip agendas, reports, correspondence, and action item tracking. Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Education Credit: A master's degree from an accredited college or university with 3 years of experience Five (5) years of experience in engineering, mathematics, or science, including biology, chemistry, computer science, and physics. Recent experience (last 5 years) in federal acquisition and budgeting. Experience in executing and reviewing technical studies, analysis, and design activities. Desired Qualifications:
Experience with DoD RDT&E program/budget exhibits & RDT&E strategic plans.
