Title : Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR)
We're currently seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Core HR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, capable of leading Core HR implementations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
Required Qualifications 4-8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience with a strong focus on Core HR. Minimum of 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, including 3 in Core HR. Strong working knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools (HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas). Cross-functional expertise in additional modules such as Oracle Recruiting, Time & Labor, and Payroll (a plus). Demonstrated leadership in managing project timelines, client expectations, and team deliverables. Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills. Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; background in Business, HR, or IT preferred. Oracle Cloud Certification related modules (preferred).
