About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Systems Administrator III to provide technical support across a broad range of systems and applications in a hybrid, cloud-based life sciences environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting users in both office and lab environments. This position plays a key role in IT onboarding/offboarding, system maintenance, user support, and collaboration with internal teams to improve IT service delivery and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide consistent assistance and support for tier I and II level IT technicians in resolving technical issues. Ensure comprehensive documentation of technical issue resolutions and updates for support tickets. Administer various cloud-based systems, overseeing user activity monitoring, policy creation, and troubleshooting. Utilize advanced content search skills for data discovery and retrieval, supporting legal inquiries across multiple platforms. Work with internal IT support teams to build and update approved third-party software packages for user and lab systems. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on computers and IT systems. Act as a point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns of Edgewise users. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately. Administer and manage the following applications and processes as required by leadership:

Microsoft 365 complete product suite including focus on Intune, Entra (including single sign on) and Defender. Box - GXP and non GXP administration and management. Zendesk ticketing system - Create and maintain workflows for automated ticket routing to support teams. Adobe - Maintain and manage user accounts and product licenses. DocuSign CFR Part 11 and regular - Manages user accounts and access. Zoom - Administration and management Coupa - Administration and management. SOX experience preferred NetSuite - Administration and management. SOX experience preferred Veeva Basics - Administration Smartsheet - Administration and management Conducts IT orientation and onboarding for all new hires. Support for IT Offboarding process for all departing employees, contractors, and service providers. Works closely with HR and InfoSec to ensure all user access is disabled and data retention procedures are completed accordingly. Support for on premise networking, Audiovisual and wireless solutions. Experience of ELN, Visualization tools, Systems Validation preferred

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent IT certifications with 5+ years of previous Service Desk experience for a mid-size company. Certifications in any of the above applications preferred. Excellent technical knowledge of desktop and software, including all Windows 11 Enterprise, Microsoft Office 365, and Lenovo hardware. Relevant work experience including but not limited to hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience; applications support including knowledge of IT support systems. Strong customer service skills, including ability to listen, interpret, and explain IT related concepts in non-technical terms. Experience in hybrid/remote cloud-based Life Sciences organizations required - Comfortable working in a lab environment. Independent thinker, proactive in improving IT systems. Strong team orientation with the ability to work outside of assigned duties. Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently. Multiple computer-related qualifications and certifications will be viewed favorably. Travel may be required (not expected more than 10%)

Salary range: $85,000 - $125,000, title and salary commensurate with experience
