0-12+ Months Shift:
Monday - Friday - 8:00am - 5:00pm Pay Rate:
$17.00/Hour
Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspection, minor finishing, and basic assembly of small, molded parts. Perform safety and quality checks on assigned equipment on a routine basis. Interact frequently with internal customers (no external customer interaction). Support the efficient movement of materials from inspection/assembly lines to the staging area for transfer to the warehouse. Complete equipment changeover operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity. Maintain housekeeping standards. Use basic measurement tools (e.g., rulers, clippers, gauges) to complete assigned tasks. Accurately enter data into the LAN database system via HMI (Human-Machine Interface). Participate in and support the safety program. Problem-solve independently and with others to resolve equipment problems. Read and follow standard operating instructions to understand operating and safety procedures. Perform minor finishing and basic assembly operations. Wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, safety shoes/boots, and long pants. May be required to work overtime to complete assigned tasks. Work in an 8-hour rotating shift operation. Engage in safety, quality, and productivity initiatives. Qualifications:
Capable of lifting 30lbs. Ability to sit for extended periods of time while performing job tasks. Functional knowledge of English (both spoken and written). Basic math skills. Experience using measurement tools (e.g., rulers, gauges, etc.). Ability to accurately record data into the plant's electronic database systems. Ability to wear and utilize all personal protective equipment (PPE) specified by the organization. Acute visual acuity and attention to detail. Organizational acumen. Must be willing to work shift work. Must be able to perform duties in a safe, efficient manner. May need to train other personnel on unit operations within the department.
