Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.
This role involves working closely with clients to deliver impactful digital solutions, mentoring team members, and contributing to the full software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex, scalable Java applications using Spring Boot. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable and performant solutions. Participate in full systems lifecycle activities including analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Develop and maintain system documentation and integration builds. Optimize database performance and support data-intensive applications. Implement CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration strategies using OpenShift or Kubernetes. Support emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, and knowledge sharing. Ensure compliance with security standards including tokenization, encryption, and certificate management. Participate in production support and release activities as needed. Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Java development, including Spring Boot and RESTful API design. Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Couchbase, SQL Server). Expertise in microservices architecture and object-oriented design patterns. 6+ years of experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). 6+ years of experience with messaging platforms (Kafka, AMQ, WMQ). Experience with data visualization and modeling using Power BI and DAX. Strong understanding of application security and cloud-native development. Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of experience with Golang. Experience with networking, DNS Proxy, JFROG, JUnit. 2+ years of experience with Google Cloud Platform. Experience with APIC/APigee and OAuth token management.
