Product Specialist

as the

Business continues to scale.

Requirements

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Handling inbound phone calls and emails Learning relevant information of constantly expanding product line Technical support of products (troubleshooting, technical specifications etc.) Assist network of vendors and suppliers Work alongside remote customer service team Resolving customer order issues (returns, shipment information etc.) Order Verification and Payment Support Data entry Other tasks as necessary What does Success Look Like?

High School Education or GED equivalent Basic vehicle knowledge Team player Comfortable in fast paced work environment Preferred Qualifications:

Professional Automotive service/repair/modification experience Previous customer facing experience
