We seek a Senior Manager, B2B Implementation to lead our implementation team within the B2B vertical. This high-impact role oversees the delivery of complex software and payment solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients across industries including SaaS, manufacturing, and professional services. You will lead Implementation Managers, drive operational excellence, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Client Success teams to ensure successful, scalable implementations that foster long-term growth. If you have led high-performing implementation teams in SaaS or FinTech environments, possess a strong understanding of systems integrations and payments infrastructure, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-first environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of Implementation Managers supporting B2B client onboarding. Serve as the escalation point for complex implementations involving payment integrations, ERP syncs, token migration, or custom configuration. Develop and maintain scalable processes for project delivery, testing, launch, and client handoff. Oversee portfolio health and team capacity planning to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Guide project scoping and solution design for large, strategic clients in partnership with Product and Solutions teams. Define and monitor key metrics related to implementation performance (e.g., time to value, CSAT, launch velocity). Collaborate internally to improve tooling, workflow automation, and process alignment. Coach and mentor team members to build implementation excellence and support professional growth. Represent the B2B implementation function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning. Lead critical go-lives and troubleshoot implementation issues as needed. Qualifications: BA/BS degree. 7+ years in client implementation or onboarding, including 2+ years managing teams. Experience in SaaS companies (preferred). Strong technical fluency: understanding APIs, SFTP, webhooks, JSON/XML; experience with ERPs like NetSuite, QuickBooks, Salesforce; familiarity with payment gateways, tokenization, reconciliation. Proven track record delivering complex software projects with external clients and cross-functional teams. Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills. Deep knowledge of payment processing systems and integration methods. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
