$150,000–$165,000 Benefits:
401(k), fully paid health, dental, and vision insurance Position Summary: The Director of Operations Northeast is a leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple manufacturing and production facilities within the Northeast region. The DO will ensure operational excellence by aligning production with business objectives, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and driving team performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations across multiple facilities, ensuring alignment with company goals around productivity, quality, and compliance Hire, train, mentor, and develop strong leadership teams; foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and performance Drive accountability through goal setting, performance tracking, and real-time feedback Align production and output with sales forecasts and market demands, adjusting plans proactively Monitor and analyze operational KPIs including labor efficiency, yield, costs, and throughput Develop and manage regional budgets, authorize capital expenditures, and monitor cost control initiatives Partner cross-functionally with sales, HR, compliance, and executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives Ensure adherence to state regulations, company policies, and all applicable labor and safety laws Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in multi-site operations leadership, preferably in manufacturing, CPG, or cannabis Proven ability to scale and optimize operations in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments Strong analytical skills; experienced with data-driven decision-making, budget management, and KPI reporting Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building skills Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory/production management systems Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain any required state licenses or permits *This is a hybrid role as you would either be on-site or traveling between facilities.
