You will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing gaming workflows, and supporting the development of gaming software solutions. You will work closely with teams to ensure that projects meet business objectives, regulatory standards, and customer needs.What you'll do:Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for software solutionsGaming Process Analysis: Understand and analyze gaming workflows, player experiences, and back-end processes to identify opportunities for optimization and new featuresDocumentation & Specifications: Produce detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and specifications tailored to casino gaming platformsCompliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure that software initiatives comply with gaming regulations and translate technical requirementsCollaboration with Development & QA: Work closely with software development and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment from concept to deploymentAgile Participation: Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectivesWhat makes you ideal:3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar roleA bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related fieldStrong understanding of software development and Agile methodologiesExperience with tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceExcellent analytical skills to identify business needs and suggest solutionsStrong communication skills to convey complex requirements to technical and non-technical teamsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and regulatory expertsExperience within the gaming industry, particularly with casino products, gaming regulations, and player experience requirements, is highly desirable
