Qualifications:

Minimum 10+ years of software development using Java 5+ years on Java technologies including Web services development on Cloud solutions (AWS or Cloud Foundry/Kubernetes) 4+ years of Spring framework and building cloud applications (Pivotal CF or AWS preferred) 3+ Working experience in SQL or NoSQL databases (Redis, Dynamo or Aurora preferred) 2+ year ETL for data processing, Tableau/Power BI for visualization along with ML experience preferred Production support, triage support background Excellent design, coding and debugging skills required Core Responsibilities:

Collaborates with stakeholders to understand product and technical requirements, conducts integration analysis, and leads the design, development, customization, and rollout of software and web applications. Oversees and contributes to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, evaluation plans, test results, and formal reports. Partners with Quality Assurance to validate requirements, tracks performance metrics, exercises independent judgment, and maintains flexibility for variable work schedules and additional responsibilities as needed. Production Support of platform and backend application, reviewing tickets, monitoring logs, research and triage of issues especially data research. Ensure application stability and performance. The role involves participating in or leading triage activities to quickly diagnose, prioritize, and resolve production incidents, working closely with development and operations teams to minimize downtime. Provides onsite-offshore, production coordination, production support working with offshore team Research production data and integration systems to detect recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes or workarounds to prevent future incidents.
