Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Electronics Test Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in testing and troubleshooting advanced electronic assemblies. You will be responsible for conducting Functional Test (FPT) and In-Circuit Testing (ICT) procedures, diagnosing failures, and performing detailed board-level debug and rework. Collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams is essential to ensure accurate and timely product testing and repair. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional and In-Circuit Testing (ICT) using automated test systems. Diagnose and isolate failures at the board or component level (both digital and analog). Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and test procedures. Utilize tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment effectively. Document all test data and failure analyses in tracking systems (such as MES and SAP). Work closely with engineers on root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Perform minor rework or soldering as necessary to repair defective units. Adhere to ESD, safety, and ISO 9001/13485 procedures. $35 - $40 per hour Shift:

First (6 AM - 2:30 PM) Essential Functions: Work in a smoke-free environment. Function in a non-temperature-controlled environment. Perform manual lifting up to 30 lbs. Skills Required:

Experience in Electronic Maintenance, Inspection, Blueprint Reading, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ISO Quality Management Systems. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. Must exhibit strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, able to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds and build strong working relationships.
