About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Management to spearhead the strategic direction and execution of its security operations platform and product portfolio. This executive leadership role is pivotal in shaping the long-term product strategy, leading a team of senior product leaders, and driving innovation that aligns with the company's growth and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from vision to go-to-market, and must ensure that the company maintains its position as a category leader in the cybersecurity space. Key responsibilities include leading the product vision, acting as the product voice to customers and internal stakeholders, and fostering a high-performance, customer-centric product culture. The role also involves close collaboration with engineering, cyber operations, and CISO teams to enhance platform capabilities and with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure effective product execution. Applicants for the VP of Product Management role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position within a cybersecurity context. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in owning platform strategy and scaling SaaS products, particularly in cybersecurity, MDR, MSSP, or SOC environments. Executive presence, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape are essential. The role requires a leader with strong business acumen, a data-driven decision-making mindset, and a collaborative leadership style. A passion for customer outcomes, innovation, and experience in building and leading distributed product teams in high-growth, agile environments are also key attributes.
