Power BI Developer
with strong SQL expertise to join our team onsite in
Fremont, CA . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, as well as
writing complex SQL queries to support reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Write optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Optimize data models for performance and scalability. Develop and maintain documentation related to BI solutions and SQL logic. Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling). Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, window functions, etc.). Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar. Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. Ability to analyze and visualize data to support business decision-making. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Power BI Service (publishing, scheduling, workspace management). Familiarity with Python or R for data analytics is a plus. Background in working with large datasets in an enterprise environment.
