Overview:
Seeking a seasoned
Senior .NET Developer
to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications using the latest .NET technologies (including .NET 8). This position will play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams, ensuring secure and efficient software solutions, and participating in strategic architectural decisions.
Work Location & Attendance Requirements: Must reside in the state of Georgia On-site attendance required : Tuesday to Thursday (manager's discretion) Mandatory in-person meetings Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET 8 and modern frameworks. Lead full-stack development efforts, serving as a mentor and escalation point for .NET developers. Guide architectural discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to security and performance best practices. Develop applications using microservices and API-first architecture. Collaborate with cross-location teams including Product, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and Engineering. Drive Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.). Communicate project status and KPIs via dashboards and reports. Modernize legacy systems and implement reusable code components and best practices. Evaluate risks in technical approaches and propose mitigation strategies. Integrate with platforms such as Salesforce and AI technologies (where applicable). Required Qualifications:
5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL. Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (including stored procedures, T-SQL optimization). Solid experience in cloud platforms:
Azure , AWS, or GCP. 3+ years with Agile methodologies and Azure-based project delivery. Hands-on experience with tools such as
Azure DevOps , Jira, ServiceNow. Proficiency in version control systems (Git, GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (TFS, GitHub Actions, etc.). Familiarity with security protocols (OIDC, SAML) and handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Exposure to AI integration in applications. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
Salesforce development : Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC). Familiarity with
middleware tools : Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar platforms. Hands-on experience with modernizing legacy systems using
.NET 8
and cloud-native solutions. Background in building secure applications that manage sensitive data. Educational Requirements:
