ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Support and demonstrate core company values.
Develop, implement, and maintain workflow automation solutions that reduce manual workload and increase cross-departmental efficiency.
Use Smartsheet to build dashboards, forms, reports, and automated workflows tailored to internal processes.
Build automation scenarios in Make (Make.com) to enable seamless data and task flow between platforms.
Integrate systems and tools using APIs and webhooks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand needs, recommend process improvements, and translate business challenges into technical solutions.
Utilize AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational decision-making.
Document workflows, changes, and integration processes to ensure transparency and sustainability.
Troubleshoot and maintain existing automations and integrations.
Stay current with platform updates and recommend changes to optimize tools and systems.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3+ years of experience working in a low-code/no-code development environment (e.g., Smartsheet, Make/Integromat, Zapier, Airtable, etc.)
Working knowledge of APIs, JSON, and webhooks.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python is preferred.
Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solver who can work independently.
Previous experience in internal systems, operations, or project management support is helpful but not required.
